Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Kitchens are well stocked with utensils and cooking basics. There is a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • High-speed internet provided. Some areas may have limited cell reception.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, and ice-maker are available.
  • Laundry basics such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board & iron are provided.
  • Hot tub is available for guest use.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed.
  • Hair dryers are provided.

  • While staying at this home, you have access to most Eagles Nest amenities, including:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to end of November), Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Hours: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p.
  • All visitors at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
